The new 5- storey residence block has 151 beds, divided into apartments of different types:

• 5 room apartments with n. 20 beds ( see floor plan)

The apartments are Energy class A, fully furnished, and equipped with district heating for winter and a water-cooled air conditioning system for summer, as well as Wi – Fi and Portierato service.

The complex has its own car parking and is situated closed to the large shopping centre “Il Castello” and other commercial and sporting activities. The old town is a few minutes away, and is easily reachable by a bike path.

The area, at the moment, is served by bus n°11.

• Bed in a double room Euro 330,00 including rental fees and charges

People who have the following requirements may ask for a bed:

• University students who are regularly enrolled at the University of Ferrara; 
• Researchers/doctoral students at the University of Ferrara;
• Total personal and /or family income, as demonstrated by the certification in force at the time of application, between the following values:
  - ISE value between € 8.000,00 and € 98.000,00;
  - Effect of rent on ISE value not higher than 30%
